Our Origin Story
phraxellchran was established when a group of design technologists and master craftspeople identified a fundamental gap in the furniture industry. Mass production had optimized for cost efficiency at the expense of quality and customization, while traditional custom furniture makers lacked access to modern design tools.
We established our workshop in Vancouver to bridge this divide, creating a space where advanced technology and artisan skills could coexist and amplify each other.
