Custom Furniture Design Services

phraxellchran provides bespoke furniture design and fabrication services tailored to client specifications. All custom projects require a detailed consultation to establish design parameters, material selections, dimensions, and pricing. We reserve the right to decline projects that exceed our technical capabilities, violate safety standards, or require materials we cannot ethically source.

Design proposals and 3D renderings remain the intellectual property of phraxellchran until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our design concepts for fabrication by other parties without explicit written permission.

Project Timeline and Delivery

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith based on current workshop capacity and material availability. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, unforeseen circumstances including material supply delays, equipment maintenance requirements, or force majeure events may necessitate timeline adjustments. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your project schedule.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All pricing quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance and are subject to material cost fluctuations and design modifications. A 50% deposit is required to initiate fabrication, with the remaining balance due upon project completion before delivery or pickup. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or certified check. Late payments may incur interest charges and delay delivery.

Design Modifications

Minor design adjustments during the initial consultation phase are included in our service. Substantial design changes requested after fabrication has commenced may incur additional costs for materials, labor, and timeline extensions. We will provide revised estimates for your approval before proceeding with significant modifications.

Quality Standards and Warranty

All furniture pieces are crafted to meet our rigorous quality standards for structural integrity, finish quality, and dimensional accuracy. We provide a five-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, material failures, and workmanship issues under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear from extended use.

Material Variations

Natural materials including wood, stone, and leather exhibit inherent variations in grain patterns, color, and texture. These variations are characteristic of authentic materials and are not considered defects. While we carefully select materials to match approved samples, exact replication of natural material appearance is not possible and slight variations should be expected.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design concepts, is the property of phraxellchran and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Upon full payment for a commissioned piece, clients receive ownership of the physical furniture item but not the underlying design intellectual property. We retain the right to photograph completed pieces for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website Usage

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited activities include transmitting harmful code, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, collecting user information, or engaging in any activity that could damage or impair website functionality.

Limitation of Liability

phraxellchran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific furniture piece in question.
